Day 24 — Gratitude

You will die.

Everyone you know and love will also meet the same tragic end.

All of humanity is destined for it.

From the moment we are born, it is the only certainty we have. No matter how successful, famous, and fit we become, the end is the same for all.

Sounds tragic, right?

Initially, yes. However, it is what allows us to enjoy the time we have.

If there was no limit to it, we wouldn’t value anything.

We wouldn’t have the ability to be grateful.

While tragic and hard to deal with, remember that death is what allows you to enjoy those you care for and love.

As such, love them while you can.

Today, you have a challenge.

It is tough, however, you’ll feel incredible after.

Challenge:

  • Call someone you love and tell them how grateful you are for all the moments you’ve spent together.

It can be your mom, your dad, a brother, a sister, a friend, you name it.

All the awkwardness you may feel now will be washed away by immense gratitude.

Farewell and best of luck.
